Due to its retro-reflectivity and a longer lifespan than traditional road marking points, hot-applied thermoplastic road markings are mostly used for their nighttime visibility. Both ASIA MARK are special combinations of glass beads, fillers, plasticizers, pigment, and aliphatic hydrocarbon resin. Toughness, flexibility, and bond strength are provided while holding all the parts together by the non-yellowing aliphatic resin system in conjunction with the plasticizers. Colour and opacity are provided by the pigments; strength and bulk are added by the fillers; and the retro-reflectivity at night is produced by the glass beads.
Asia Mark Grip is a specially designed solvent-based primer that is recommended to improve the adhesion of Hot Melt Thermoplastic Point on concrete and worn-out asphalt roads. ASIA MARK has been extensively utilized on numerous state and federal highway projects throughout the nation, including the well-known Golden Quadrilateral and NSEW corridor projects of NHAI.
